CND Contract Consultants is a sole proprietorship operated by Johnny J. Barnachia. We provide contract analysis and advisory services to small and mid-size businesses pursuing U.S. defense and aerospace contracts. This page covers how we handle information you share with us.
Information We Collect
Contact form submissions
When you submit the intake form on this site, we collect your name, email address, company name, the service type you selected, and any context you chose to provide. This information is transmitted via Netlify Forms and delivered to our internal inbox. We do not sell, share, or rent this data.
Documents and contract materials
If you engage CND for an analysis or advisory service, you will be asked to share contract documents — SOWs, PWS, RFPs, amendments, or related materials. All documents you share are handled as follows:
- Received under a mutual NDA, signed before any file is transferred
- Stored locally on CND's encrypted workstation during the engagement
- Not uploaded to third-party cloud storage or AI training pipelines without your written consent
- Deleted from our systems within 30 days of engagement close unless you request retention
Website analytics
This site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party behavioral tracking. No cookies are set beyond what your browser requires to display the page. We do not track you across sessions or devices.
How We Use Your Information
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and scope a potential engagement. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent. If you become a client, your engagement information is retained for our records and for any follow-on work you request.
Third-Party Services
This website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions pass through Netlify's infrastructure before reaching our inbox. Netlify's privacy policy governs that transit. We do not control Netlify's data handling practices.
No payment information is collected on this site. Invoicing is handled separately via direct correspondence.
Your Rights
You may request that we delete any personal information you have shared with us. Send a request to johnny@cndcontract.com and we will confirm deletion within five business days.
Terms of Service
Scope of advisory services
CND Contract Consultants provides analysis, advisory, and document review services. Our deliverables are informational. Nothing we produce constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by engaging CND. For matters requiring legal counsel, we recommend consulting a licensed federal contracts attorney.
Engagement agreement
Every engagement is governed by a signed Letter of Agreement (LOA) that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Work does not begin until the LOA is countersigned. The LOA is the controlling document; these terms supplement it for website-level disclosures.
Intellectual property
Deliverables CND produces for you — workbooks, reports, scorecards — are yours upon payment. CND retains the right to describe the nature of services rendered (without identifying you or your organization) for business development purposes, unless the LOA specifies otherwise.
Limitation of liability
CND's liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on our analysis, for contract outcomes, or for consequential damages of any kind.
